Terms of Service

By accessing and using Day(Z) Beans Launcher ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Day(Z) Beans Launcher provides:

• A server browser for DayZ game servers
• Automatic mod management and installation
• Server promotion and visibility services for server owners
• Server certification and verification services
• A credit-based payment system for promotional services

To access certain features, you must authenticate via Steam. By doing so, you authorize us to access your public Steam profile information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Day(Z) Beans Launcher uses a credit-based system for promotional services:

5.1 What Are Credits?

• Credits are a virtual currency used exclusively within Day(Z) Beans Launcher
• 1 Credit = €1 (one-to-one exchange rate)
• Credits can only be used to purchase promotional services on our platform
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money

5.2 Purchasing Credits

• Credits are purchased through our secure payment processor (Stripe)
• All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes
• Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment
• Minimum purchase amounts may apply

5.3 Credit Validity

• Credits do not expire - your balance remains valid indefinitely
• Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to other users
• In case of account termination for Terms of Service violations, remaining credits may be forfeited

5.4 Using Credits

• Credits are deducted when you confirm a promotion booking
• If you have insufficient credits, you will be prompted to purchase more
• Volume discounts may apply when booking multiple promotion slots

5.5 Credit Refunds

• When you cancel an eligible promotion, credits are refunded to your account balance
• Refunded credits can be used for future purchases
• See our Refund Policy for detailed cancellation terms

Server owners may purchase promotional services including:

• Premium Server Cards: One-time payment for lifetime server customization
• Time-Slot Promotions: Credit-based visibility during specific time periods

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Pricing: All prices displayed are in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. VAT is not applicable per Article 293B of the French General Tax Code (franchise en base de TVA).

Users may promote servers they do not own, subject to the following conditions:

• You may use the "Find Any Server" feature to locate and promote any server in our database
• Non-refundable: Promotions for servers you do not own are not eligible for refunds
• By booking a promotion for a non-owned server, you acknowledge and accept this non-refundable policy
• This policy exists because we cannot verify your relationship with the server or the server owner's consent

We recommend only promoting servers you own or have explicit permission to promote.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Impersonate other users or server owners
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Abuse the credit system or attempt to exploit refund policies

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Day(Z) Beans Launcher and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

DayZ, ARMA, and related trademarks are property of Bohemia Interactive a.s. This service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bohemia Interactive.

Day(Z) Beans Launcher is a community tool designed to enhance the DayZ gaming experience by providing additional features such as server browsing, mod management, and server promotion services. We aim to add value to the Bohemia Interactive ecosystem while respecting their intellectual property rights.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Day(Z) Beans Launcher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law.

Any legal proceedings shall be brought before the competent French courts.
